"Don Vito" (Bam Margeras Uncle)is going to jail for a looooong time

I'd say shame on you for ignorantely judging Vito. I am not a big fan. I dont want the show- just the CKY vids.

For all [99%] of you know, he may not even have actually touched the girls. It might have just been a guesture to that affect. I'll be pretentious and say non of us were there.

Anyways, my peace goes out to Vito in these hard times. Hang in there buddy.

the only reason i feel sorry for him.. is because he's probably gonna die in prison.. hes old.. very overweight and has trouble walking and standing.
so if he doesn't die in jail.. there wont be much left of him when hes out.

In prison child molestation is looked at by the other inmates as the biggest taboo that one could commit. He will live a life of HELL in prison. He will be made to do things that would make you want to die.

I heard about this a while back , and I also heard it was all bams doin just like when they were in vegas and vito was getting thrown out and losing money cause bam paid the casion to fuk himm over. I heard they were even filming for the show when it happend, if this is a joke from bam that got away and vito goes to jail, shit in my family that muther fuker would be delt with extrem prejidous

So he touched a few children and pissed himself in their vicinity. Big deal.

Nobody can really make an educated judgment on the situation because in this thread there are conflicting reports of what happened, one article says the girls were 12 and 13, one says 12 and 14. Until we know exactly what really happened you can't pass judgment. As dumb as these people are I don't honestly believe Don Vito would grab a kid in a sexual way on purpose while being filmed. I'd bet he was pushing them out of the way and being the idiot he is, wasn't paying attention to where he was pushing at on the girls. Naturally, having a big fat lard like that guy pushing your daughters in their chest area would piss off any parent, this is why I'd need more info...or video if there is any (unless it really was sexual, then don't post that lol)

But despite what might have really happened, it looks like the verdict has been read so it sounds like the case is pretty much closed. So now what? I bet MTV is already working on a new reality show to watch Vito in prison. Can you imagine the ratings on that show?:thumbsup:

what kinda sucks about this situation is that bam exploited him and his whole family.he was a fat ugly "special" person who was never a person of interest to anyone.... then he got famous for being a loudmouthed drunken pervert....i would bet that during this incident he wasn't thinking yum 12 year old titties but rather it's nice to finally get some attention.Of course i could be wrong.Either way he needs to be punished but life is pretty extreme.my2c
