If he is a naturalized American citizen, then he has sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution. And he was educated on the flag. I am sure if an American moved down to Mexico and did that, something bad would probably happen to him.

Flying another country's flag above the U.S. flag on U.S. soil has nothing to do with freedom of speech. It says you are proclaiming that land belongs to the foreign power.

Also, illegal immigrants do not have the same rights that Americans do.

Nonetheless the owner of the business is an American, but he does not have a right to fly a foreign flag over the U.S. flag on U.S. soil. Since his allegiance obviously lies with Mexico, his citizenship should be revoked and he should be deported, so he can go back to the country that he holds so dear.

You are very wrong about this. Spain once controlled much of the U.S. Southwest. When Mexico won its independence from Spain, it laid claim to all Spanish territory, including the Southwest. Mexico never had any kind of operational control of the Southwest and therre were, in fact, many more Europeans and Indians in the area than there were Mexicans.

In any event, Mexico sold all claims to the Southwest, as ratified in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.

It continues to amaze me,that anyone thinks that illegal immigrants somehow git all the rights that an American citizen has,by simply crossing the border.

If one were to try and cross into Mexico illegally,especially from the border with Guatemala,they'd be shot--no questions asked,because it's so obvious--that they are invading !

Really what difference does it make whether the US flag is on top or below? If they really didn't like the US they should have hung it upside down. Why didn't the guy just go in and ask if the owner realized there was a law against flying the US flag below. Why? Because he's a phsycotic asshole that didn't have the mental faculties to just try and be decent human being and go talk to them.
