Currently unemployed not due to laziness, but due to a transitional phase in my life, and a broken foot.
Jobs I can get paid the most for are electronics technician, and actor. I will get an ET job soon. Acting is not steady work. Hopefully I get this damn misdemeanor charge thrown out so I don't get barred from federal employment.
Well i am 18 almost 19 and attending college at BGSU. Not a great school by any means, but i am planning to switch to Ohio State, majoring in Philosophy and possibly Music theory. I am interested in playing guitar and jamming out, and hope for some sort of future in the music industry. In terms of jobs, i detail cars anddeliver pizza during the week, and occasionally DJ on the weekends to keep my money straight, enough to keep my smoking habit steadily supported with bud thats way too nice to be smoking every single day.Quote:

oddly enough, my degree is Computer Science, database programming being my specialty, got stoned once and was like doooood, lets go to college, went to college, graduated with a 3.5 gpa, and went back to Construction (masonry)
Currently on vacation to take care of my new born son while my wife attends Graduate School for Fine Arts during the daytime.. Can't wait till I get back to work though, so boring.. need to wait on day care to be able to take my baby once he is old enough..
retired longhaul truckdriver, but worked many jobs before that ...
Started off sweeping floors in a machine shop, worked my way up while I was going to night school at the local JC while I was in Highschool, and got my journemans papers at 19. I enlisted in the Coast Guard to let Uncle Sam pay for the rest my education...figured out that I liked it after the first 4 years....22 years later, I retired. Uncle Sam did pay for my masters degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in environmental science. When I retired from the military, I am a heating and air conditioning company owner and certified master contractor/technician
I run a crew that unloads barges full of fertilizer on a river. It is so picturesque and wonderful when the weather is nice. It is however very dangerous with a crane and front end loader. It is challenging and fun......but most of all really easy!
