Should he be tried for murder?

Why kill him? That's doing him a fucking favor. The man WANTS to die.

I say lock him up in a mental ward for the rest of his life. With no parole. Mental wards blow. It's punishment enough.

But if I were feeling compassionate, I would say put him down. I feel really sorry for the poor guy. We all make mistakes, you know? He just maede a really fucking big one.

Oh, and putting someone to death costs more then locking someone up for life. Usually 2-3 times as much. So, in regards to the taxpayer comment, it's actually more expensive for you to have our justice system put people down.

Since I believe suicide to be the most selfish act , I also believe if you want to top yourself you should at least do it in a way that does not endanger others, and I also believe in the death penalty , I say shoot him !
