two 18 uv sterilizers
Oh,I forgot to ask. With the size of your plants did you have to reinforce the tops of your containers.Just wondering as that is one hell of alot of plant to support.

Two 18 watt uv sterilizers, an utraviolet light that the nutrient passes through to sterilize the nutrient solution.
The tops of the containers are made out of 1 inch thick polyurethane foam, the pink stuff at home depot. I cut a donut shaped piece out that fits snug inside the top of container and a larger one that sits on top of it with a 6 1/2 inch hole in it, a 6 inch net pot that usaully fits on a 5 gallon bucket sits in the hole. The roots wrap aroud the drain pipe inside and you cant rip them out once their established. getting ready to run again. i will take Pics of the whole thing and post em, Peace and thanks for the good words!!
Thank you for sharing.Cant wait to see the pics.I guess Im pretty fired up to see as much as I can of what youve done as I have been thinking about a similar setup for some time now,its great to see someone kick ass with it.Ill be watching for the pics brother, take care and be well.
Hera are a couple buds and some pics of the room, im in the process of cleaning right now, big roots are a pain to clean up. The drains come through 2 inch female thread bulkhead fittings and then up up to desired water level, I do not get any clogs with the 2 inch drain but just to be safe i have a 1 inch overflow glued in as well a bit higher. The blowers all suck air through the floor after going through doubled up furnace filters, every light has its own blower, Im moving 2160 CFM through my lights, summer is a bitch but I let my temps run up to 92 degrees. Some might think thats too hot but with a sealed room with C02 its working sweet and I think they like it. I am using a Plant Pro contoller wich I got for free brand new and a greenair CD-6 Propane generator. The girls will eat through about 7-10 gallons of propane per month. In veg and especially during the stretch the last four plants were using 30 gallons of water daily! I run GH Flora 3 part with a straight lucas formula the last 5 weeks and never go above 1000 ppm, never needed to, Peace
hope some of this helps
Hey Shaggy great pics, the controller bucket looks like I plumbers nightmare, just teasing.I appreciate all the pics you posted of the setup and am definitely saving this for future reference.Take care and be well my friend.
