nation...no it didnt really hurt a whole lot when i did it, i went through a fence on a snowmobile. not really that painful as a whole, but when they put a halo on me, the day after they put it on, they had to tighten the pins that were drilled into my skull......that hurt, a lot.
Pins, drilled, skull, that doesn't sound too fun I have to say. Although I'm sure necessary. I'm intrigued in the snowmobile story now, don't mind if I ask what was going on do you?Quote:

I would say i'm unique but only because i'm unique.
nation...not much of a story really...i was up at my buddys house riding his sled around and all the sudden bam im laying on my back after having just gone through a barbed wire fence. i got a little cut up from it, but it really wasnt too bad. i get up, take off my helmet, walk back to my buddys house go inside sit down, and think to myself, something just aint right. it felt like i had a dull headache in my neck, so after some debating we all decided that i probably should go to the hospital, thank goodness. i went to the local hospital here, and after about eight painful hours of mris and cat cans they sent me to allegany general in pittsburgh, by ambulance. that shit sucked the big one, they put me on a back board as soon as i got there, and i was on that stupid thing for about 18 or so hours. if you ever been on one of those you know what its like, if it not, well its like laying on your coffee table, the back of my head was hurting something fierce. i was in pittsburgh for about three days, they put a halo on me and i had that stupid thing on for about two and a half months.
i broke the second disc in my neck, well i cracked it in about seven different places. to say i was lucky is an understatement.
even if the only thing that separates me from the rest of you is my appearance, then i am still unique. that'd be cool actually if we all just seemed different but were really virtually the same people.
Fundamentally we are I guess, to survive and procreate. But when you delve deeper then no, we vary so much.Quote:

nation yeah now that i think of it it is a little funny....also im one of the few human beings on the planet that can say they have walked into a hospital with a broken neck. hows that for unique?
