A Beautiful Thing...

I'm so frustrated, I think my other ES turned hermie on me but i can't be for certain. It looks like these little bright green sticks poking out of the hairs on a couple of the nugs and when i went in with a pair of tweezers to pull it out I think there was a very small seed inside. Help PLEASE!!
Also, here is a pic of this little runt plant that i think ought to be chopped but I'm not sure due to the fact that its so scrawny.Whats everyone think i should do with it?
