Beasty boys, had music on the brain last night. Hahahahaha...Quote:

Good luck
ok, so what exactly does the app of molasses do for the plant? ive heard that it makes the buds thicker? Also how do i tell when the plants do not need any more fert? like u said growbe u used molasses alone when the plants dont need fert?
How big were your widows to get 6 Oz? how many plants? watts? method?
I use lots of stuff...
Big Bud, Overdrive, CarboLoad, (Fulvic, Humic and Potassium Silicate) which contribute to bud development when used complementary and at the right time...
Gaining a good root structure is paramount when thinking of additives... Poor rooting during veg won't prove all the benefits of additives later on and could leave you feeling like your wasted money... but with 6 Oz off a single plant (assumption) for a 1st grow I do not think you will have that kind of problem as you already seem to know what you are doing..
Good luck
ok well what can i use to help promote good root structure during veg??? i heard supertrhive works wonders on improving the developement root structure. Does anybody with experience have anything to say about superthrive?
A good oxygen/moisture ratio in yer media, mainly. And good temp. management in the rhizosphere.Quote:

dont go easy on it either
peace
I stand by my mixture of Fox Farms Grow Big, SuperThrive and Liquid Karma for veg. Works wonders every time.
I don't know about superthrive but micorhizae(sp) helps the roots alot and is a nice soil additive. Also, you asked about good stuff to use during veg. A rather expensive but very helpful product I like to use is called Nitrozime. It is marine algae extract and is like a natural steroid for the plants. It causes luscious growth in veg or flower. Is also nice to use during first couple weeks of flower during "strech period" to help buds get widers rather than shoot up taller. And as far as molasses, I don't even use it until flowering because that is when the buds will soak it up and it will increase yield. Hope this helps.:rastasmoke:
