Seedling is Yellowing!
No, peat moss and perlite isn't a good grow mix. Impossibly acidic.
Almost anytime you see purpling on a plant whose phenotype isn't noted for the color, it's a phosphorus deficiency. Now, that can be exacerbated by cold temps, but it's still a symptom of low P uptake. More P or warmer temps will fix it, unless you just want the purple bits.

Seedling is Yellowing!
peat moss= pH 4-5= not good.
That seedling will survive. Hit it on the next repot with the soil mix in the link in my siggy. Composted humus FTW!!! Really hard to screw up.
For cloning, don't mess around with soilless/soil/perlite/ whatever, use those composted bark plugs. They make life SO much easier.

Seedling is Yellowing!
Ok here's a few new pics of the new growth after a repot. The plant doesnt seem to have sustained any shock because it was repotted like 3 days ago and it seems to still be growing fine. The new growth looks good.
Stinky i didnt get a chance to get that soil in your siggy since i was just anxious to get this plant repotted. So i had to use some schultz potting soil. I looked up that soil though and there's no place around me that sales that product. Anyway though if there is another soil you recommend i'd like to pick that up, unless there's a web site i can order the agway soil from.
My C99 just arrived from joey weed so i'll be putting 2 in soil and the rest in my drip system.
