like I said, my friend's husband said who could hook us up. the dealer was just either stupid or paranoid.

pretty stupid for a drug dealer to think he was a cop, and still charge $10.

I think the reason was he didn't feel like parting with his stuff and made a lame excuse.

I buy through a delivery service, and they are actually pretty damn professional, given the business they're in. I've always gotten to share a sample joint of the strain I'll be getting with him, and the green is always in my possession before I even go to get my money. It's kinda sketchy jumping through hoops and being asked random questions over the phone about how you got his number, but he always comes through. Gotta love the informal economy. :thumbsup:
