I don't wanna get arrested for smoking weed.

actually its not how can the state law violate federal law.. its how can federal go in and under mind state law... the reason we had the civil war it was because in the constitution it says that federal law will not trump state law ie. states have slaves and some states dont and so they were fighting for federal law to not come in and under mind state but the south lost and federal government gets to do what ever it wants now.. and if you dont believe me look it up.... thats why it is bull shit when in cali it is legal to have weed banks (i dont know the real name) and the DEA come in and arrest every one...

Actually, the federal law may also be declared uncostitutional, LOL. So, maybe it won't be so easy to overturn the state laws.

I hardly ever let anyone know the state or city I am in unless I trust the person fully. Reason being is not only do I not want to get caught but there are some real sicko's in the world now days.

I remember when I was a kid with a carefree attitude I occasionally worried about being caught smoking until all my friends got popped and all they got was a citation. Most states unless they are dickheads will not even bother with someone unless they are into some serious shit.

Some law enforcement people even smoke pot themselves.

The way I tend ot classify pot is I call it a safe drug. It is the only drug that I know has never caused any deaths.

Anyways I am rambling and with what everyone posted before me if you follow their instructions and play it safe you will never be caught. I never have and I am 27 I haven't even been caught with a seed. Some of that may be attributed to keeping my cool when ever a cop questioned me.
