Take a week or two off. During that period of time, weight train, jog every night, and drink plenty of water. After that time you'll be in much better physical and mental shape. I cant even imagine goin through an ounce a week, especially if its some nice dank. I get to where I need to be with only 0.1-0.2 grams.

In my opinion, you can try different ways of getting high, and will work up to a certain extent, but if you became just abit too tolerant and want to feel the most difference, (i.e. like wow! wuts diz! hehe, im feeling high already :)!) , take a break even if it is small like one week, you will notice a difference when you try again.
I've noticed the same thing, but believe alternating smokes from two different batches is very effective. have been VERY disappouited with a vaporizer.

Just take a damn break. It will bring your tolerance down and you will get high again.
yeah i can testify to this i was going hard for the first 8 weeks of school in the morning at least 8 bong loads between me and 1 friend so like 20 rips outta the bong every morning and then sometimes going to a buddies house and smoking a jay before school and then after school smoking a bowl...for about 8 weeks and then i took about a week and a half or 2 week break and man wow....was it amazing lol
