Your work ethic?

My effort is reflective of the environment. If my job is fun and interesting I'll work hard. If I'm bored I wont perform as well. If I like the people I work for I'll work harder than if I disliked them. I hate my job now but I like the people I work with so I try to do a good job because it makes their lives easier. If they were mean my effort would go down

aww thanks!
but a good coffee shop... the only baking I enjoy is the green sort... how about the best tapas bar in town though?
