5) Don't keep your money in paypal. It's not uncommon for them to freeze your account. PayPalSucks.com is where you will learn about the PayPal Class Action Lawsuit, Abuse, Fraud & evil behind the PayPal system!, but if you're smart and using it for legal reasons and small personal transactions you should be fine. :hippy:Quote:

For example, if you win an auction that says 'paypal only'.
So what about paypal with different countries for example if i was selling something that was £50 and someone had $500 or whatever in their paypal account but in american dollars does it translate it automatically or what?
i hate paypal, this is why i never use eaby.
Hi CC,
PayPal's easy once you know the in's & out's.
Don't EVER reply to an email claiming to be from PayPal.
ALWAYS log into PayPal and forward the email to them using their online contact page.
If someone you have to pay for something in US $$'s and you only have GB ££'s in your PayPal account, it DOESN'T matter.
You just sign-in to PayPal, go to 'Send Money' page, CHOOSE which currency you would like to pay with, e.g. US $$'s, Euro's, Yen's, Aussie $$'s, etc., type in the amount you want to pay and PayPal does the rest. PayPal's exchange rate isn't as good as it should be though; for example you'll pay around £27 for a $50 transaction, while it should be £25 at today's exchange rate.
Hope that helps mate???
If you want anymore info, just post, OK??
Cheers,
