I think smoking before lifting actually benefits me because it's an anerobic activity which means you exert more energy for a shorter period of time, as opposed to aerobic energy which requires more oxygen to the muscles...anyway yes I actually like it, try it
working out high isn't that bad if you are using machines, but free weights are so gay when you're high (well, when i am at least because i have bad balance when i'm high).

i dont really care to workout while high..first time i did it and started doin pushups i spent at least 20 minutes trying to "move the ground" when i finally got up and sat down i wuz exausted

I have worked out high a few times. I think it sucks ass. Your body feels like rubber bands and for me it makes lifting harder.
da5mikey makes a good point about anerobic vs arerobic, ive tried lifting while high and it wasnt that bad, whereas cardio is horrible, i just feel all fatigued like i just wanna lie down

i do mostly free wieghts and im usually high when i work out just be careful on those bench presses one day i thought i had it totally on the rods that hold the bar and i was hella tired cuz it was my last rep and one side was on but the other wasint so it almost droped on my neck and i have an olympic sized bar that shit would have decapatated (fuck spelling that word right) me. but luckaly i noticed just in time and my second wind broke through and i got it where it needed to be. scared the fuck outta me though made me think twice
