Well I am ready to get back on the horse, I mean the treadmill:thumbsup:

and after hearing other stories about treadmill treachery, I feel lucky not to have been hurt more! Gotta respect the heavy machinery

the treatment program i was in would take us to the YMCA and if we had more then 5 people half of us would go up stairs for cardio work out and the other half would go down stairs for half the time we were there... and me and my friend were up stairs on the tread mill and we desided to have a race.... we had both already ran a mile on the damn thing at about a levle setting of 7... and a preaty good incline set on it... well... we went and got off and rode the bikes for a mile or 2... then hes like hey billy lets go race on the treadmills...so we both hop on one... and i turn mine up to 8.0 levle setting... so he ups his to 8.5... so i turn mine on to about 9... and he gose up to 9.1... so i say fuck you and turn mine up to 10... and hes like UMMM UMMM ok... 10.5... and i turn mine to 11.... by now im already sort of running hella fast... so he gose to turn his up to 11.5 or so... and in the prossec he lets go of the handles and trips... he still had one hand on the handle so he didnt go flying into the bike machines behind him... but sort of just got hes nees scraped up... and im laffing so hard, i start to stumble... and i just turn off the maschine as soon as i start triping.... our PE coach banned us from the treadmills after that...
