i've only made 2, one expressing my happiness at her being sent to jail, and thi sone, reconfriming she might go back to jail <.<
personally i'd just rather the bitch get shot in the head, but i don't think we'll be lucky enough to have that happen.

Its my understanding she was caught driving on a suspension. Twice.
She violated Probation.
She's demonstrating how justice in this country isn't fair nor balanced nor right in any way at all when it comes to treating one criminal like all of the other criminals.
As far as I know:
A) You DO NOT get away with violating probation (twice) and get offered terms of early parole for good behavior. Least of all in a COUNTY jail. Federal or state, maybe. When they bust you down from state to county, its not unheard of to get paroled early for model bahavior and common decency toward your COs, since you've already served a year or more by that time. Your P.Officer will revoke and revise your terms of sentence after a violation, typically to middle or maximun degree, if they can.
B) The new exciting news: One night in jail and a few tears later, she's sitting at home suntanning. Wow. The only time I heard of a sheriff or warden dismissing a sentence was when someone who tried to commit suicide succeeded in doing enough brain damage to themselves that they will factor in the fact that he would be a burden of the state in prison. Where were these sympathetic assholes when my tears hit the concrete.
But, even in terms of non-celeb criminals, justic is a money/popularity game. It always ran on a 'good ole boys' system. If you can afford it, or if you know somebody that knows somebody, you can find a way to do 10 days for ripping someone's eyes out.
This isn't shocking, the way things are unfolding. Seen it all my life, before she was even born. Justice is blind, but she can still afford a mansion.
This doesn't excite me. It annoys me. Or what? Meh.
Can't be bothered to get too worked up over the whole deal. Some people get maxed and some get a slap on the pinky with a feather duster. That won't change. Life is not fair.
Maybe I'm wrong to feel sympathetic towards her.
I don't know her well enough to say she should sit and rot.
She just doesn;t strike me as the kind of person that would even come close to being able to handle it. Nor does she strike me as the kind of person that would learn and hold onto any lesson taught in 20 days. Seems kind of moot.
I'd slam her with a year with no shot at parole. Anything less is a goddamn joke that I can't find validity in executing against her.
I dont know anything about her, though. From what i hear, shes a party animal and a tv attention mongerer.
TV Ain't my bag, to be honest, and, there are more fascinating things on the internet to pay attention to besides one criminal case out of millions.
she said she loved me for ,,,well me... Your like all the rest,,,jealous...Quote:
