When people piss you off on purpse..
Man, I was in a meeting today to discuss processes. Basically, all the meeting consisted off was a power struggle between certain people. It was ridiculous. I had a simple solution to most of the problems they talk about, which my boss and co-workers acknowledged was an efficient, simple, and economical process. Everytime I tried to say something, one or five people would attempt to drown me out from speaking and just argue about petty shit. No solutions came out of that meeting, just letting out of the air and some insight into the current processes which need a major overhaul.
It was one of the most unproductive meetings I ever attended. I was so pissed off afterwards. And to think the wages that were wasted by having a couple of execs, and middle managers not progress to implement solutions. The corporate environment really sickens me.

next time just yell "hey shut the fuck up!" and no i'm not trying to be funny, if you have a good idea and everyone agrees on it and just keep drowing you out anyways.... you need to shut them UP so your idea can be presented...
remember ass kissing gets you to the top, but bold moves do also... the only time this doesn't apply is if you don't know whether the highest boss would agree or not, or actually pretty sure he won't. if you havea good feeling he'll like it, shut them the fuck up however possible, and state your idea... it'll pay off.

This is why I went into business for myself... you can't even avoid that shit working in McDonalds...
