Oh I know there are a few scattered around DC besides the Cafe Prince in Georgetown. There is one in Adam's Morgan, and a few more downtown. I'm sure there are a few in Baltimore, but I can't name any.

I just love a hookay (in south africa we call em a hubbly) after a serious night of partying on ecstacy...we normally mix in some weed and it's a completely smooth taste and you can drag forever and ever...

I like the smoke from mine, easy to play tricks with because it's so easy on the lungs.
