technically buying cheap clothes, cigarettes almost anything supports terrorism.... unless it's 100% made in a few select countries there's a strong possibility it cna support terrorism, and even in those countries, it's still possible....
Im sure soldiers were taking some and smoking it. They are there fighting in a war, its not like their commander will send them home and charge them or anything. The only way I would join the army is if every day of my service was similar to that video.
