So..... 23 posts and still not a single concrete answer. I'm really starting to suspect people are just going with the flow.

Not as much as one word about Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas........terrorism in general but she is a "Champion for Women".
What don't I like about her.....avoidance of the hard issues may just be one reason.
Have a good one!:s4:
The reason I don't really like her is like P4B says, the issues. She will go with the flow like the "politician" she is. I think she watches poles and embraces the most popular position. She still hasn't admitted voting for the War with the cheezy info they had was wrong. I just think she is sleazy, but as opposed to anything the repubes could field at this point, I'd vote for her if she was the dems candidate, better a dead democrat than a live repube. Maybe if Ron Paul would run as an independent on the demo platform with a dem for vice, I could consider him, Maybe.
and do we really want another clinton on the whitehouse...we need new people in control of the whitehouse that are for americans ONLY
There are a number of reasons, universal health care, gun control, possibly higher taxes, etc.
Personally I think our country would be worse under hillary than bush, and i despise bush/cheney. Besides, if she does get elected, that means for at least 24 years (unless she got impeached somehow) only 2 families will have been in control of the country. I want some fresh faces. We already had a clinton, we don't need another one. Bill was ok. Hillary is just a power hungry control freak like Nancy Pelosi. They think they are such hot shit cause they are women in power. They both have overinflated egos. I hope to God i never see either of them in power. I think someday we will have a woman president. And i think that would be pretty cool. But Hillary is NOT the right woman to be president!

That's hardly a bad thing IMO. Nobody should be denied care because of their ability to pay. But I would definately preferre something like some of the European systems, where there's one that's free and one for those who can pay. They seem to have the best results.Quote:
universal health care
What does this mean though? Guns should have some control. Gun control can range from waiting periods, to limitations on certain prospective buyers, to limited numbers, to bans on automatics, to bans on semi-automatics, bans on handguns, or outright bans of all guns.Quote:
gun control
Maybe, maybe not. Taxation isn't so simple as Less = Good, More = Bad. Who, how, when, and how much, these are all factors to consider.Quote:
possibly higher taxes
My god! :DQuote:
etc.
Yeah I definately agree there, the clintons didn't impress me much more than the Bush's. In fact Bill did a lot of shit just as bad as George, only difference was that he could do it quietly and with a smile followed by a saxaphone solo.Quote:

I checked her "issues" section a while ago actually, and yeah there was so little information I didn't really have much to go off of. Thing is though, pretty much all the parties (including the Canadian parties here) have a sad dirth of information on their websites. Doesn't mean they don't have opinions though, they just tend to voice them in media and parliamentary/congressional debates.Quote:

But which voice to the media is it? Is it the one that talks tough about terrorist states or is it the one that sucks up to the parties voters? Both her and her hubby were condemning Saddam UNTIL just recent.......when the popular vote for invasion left the dems agenda EVERYTHING that they said pre-war should be forgotten? Shows REAL leadership.Quote:

There we go, solid information!:D That's definately really disappointing when a politician supports the war that much for that long then just changes with the flow. One could argue that in a democratic society leadership opinions should reflect public opinion, including when it changes, but outright bashing the administration for something they previously supported themselves is just downright hypocritical. And I agree with you 100%, wishy washy politicians can't be trusted when their opinion is so flexible as to change on the fly without taking accountability for an initial stance.Quote:

When did improving quality of life for your own citizens take second place as an important issue?
ONE thing I'll say about Shrillary Rotten Clit,if she wins the whitehouse and Bill somehow replaces the new U.N. Secretary General, you can kiss this country GOODBYE!
