yea i'm a volcano owner...and you put that inside of the bowl chamber thingie pushing the rod in the middle down compressing the bud and it also keeps it from shooting out everywhere...here's a pic of the piece and what the bowl is supposed to look like...Quote:

My volcano came with this and I dont know what its used for also.... its like a silver thingo that looks like the same as the air filter except for its made of metal... maybe its just a replacement air filter ? i dunno but this is what i think he was asking about in the pic i just posted... because this silver thingo came with my volcano also...and i dont know what its for
yep thats it... its for liquid i found out... you must be packing more bowls than me... cause im doing the same as you, but i expected to be able to smoke like .2 with this thing and be nice and high... like with a bong or better... i thought id save weed... not use more... :mad:Quote:

okay to be honest skunk I was a bit dissapointed with mine too.
One key thing is that the volcano gives me a way different high. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it yet. Its a very subtle high. When you smoke a volcano its hard to tell your high (for me). I usually just get really good body highs... and my mind thinks very fast. Volcano highs only last 3 hours max for me. But yeah it doesn't get me SUPER high ever any more. I think it affects different people differently, cuz some of my friends love my volcano to death, but I like it only cuz it doesnt fuck me up (so I can sleep or just chill out and do stuff later in the day) and saves me tons of weed.
I don't think your doing anything wrong. Make sure your volcano isnt leaking smoke...

I have found that different weed produced very different results in the Volcano.
