Lol funny you mention it, cuz poison ivy is starting to make its presence known on my body as well...
I usually get it at least twice a year, so it's nothing new, but still, it sucks because the only thing that gets rid of it is pills from the doc. The lotions and the oatmeal baths only help up to a certain point, but usually the areas are so gross and oozy nothing helps but a shot in the ass or pills.

My mate had to have alot of shots in his ass when he went on hols, and he fated right in the docs face haha. Oh i crack myself up llol./
I missed 2 weeks of college- during finals, no less, that was a pain- with severe poison ivy and had to go on oral meds for it.
For small rashes, I actually use Absorbine on it (it's actually horse liniment but you can get it at walmart). It is a bunch of herbal shit dissolved in acetone, and dries out the rash while soothing it. Might be worth a try.
I feel for you Tal... I got no cures but the internet should have some good ones... I only get it in between my fingers for some reason and I know how miserable that is...
I've never had poison oak... and im gonna avoid it like the plague after reading this thread.
