That sounds like a pretty nifty idea for new stoners, techniques sound like a good idea too- perhaps the title of the book is a bit off? Possibly something like "Tips and Tricks- A Stoner's Guide To Getting the Most Out of Your High" or something like that?

Other than that, it sounds more enticing since you've let us in on some of the inside info. Now THAT'S good advertising :thumbsup:

:) Thanks. It's my own fault really. Rather than post full details here I thought the mods would prefer me to point people off site, that's why I suggested going to my MySpace site for details. But of course I should have said more here, you're right.

In actual fact we're now considering changing the title as it does seem to give the wrong impression. Yours is a great idea, but the trouble is that giving it a title is hard, because some of it is 'tips and tricks' like you say - but a lot of it is about what you can do WITH the high, how you can explore it with your mind and perhaps even reach particular states of transcendental conciousness that we look for in Buddhism.

That doesn't mean that it's all heavy and religious (or even spiritual to be honest, that isn't necessary to do these kinds of techniques) and we've all got to sit going 'Omm' for hours at a time. No fun.

I hope what I've written is just...ordinary...I'm not a one for New Age stuff, or using complex terminology just for the sake of sounding clever. That muddies up things that you want to show people how to do. It's esoteric techniques presented in a modern way AND tips and tricks. LOL! This has beaten us for nearly a year. It's almost impossible to give it a title that incorporates the two without being at least a sentence long:)

You're all being very kind about this, thanks for your congratulations.
