No you couldnt. There'd be no proof. You cant build any sort of case without proof that's concrete.

But it's the same with dealers - they're providing a service like a shop is. You pay for goods once you've got them. Never before.

No it's not okay.

I personally wouldn't front the money without getting product back in return. Only because I have been burned in the past doing that, but the way I see it, if your dealer does give it to you, and it weighs up, and you are happy with it, then who cares.

Trust me though, it is better off for you to buy from a dealer yourself. This person you go to doesn't sound like a dealer. He/she sounds like the "middleman." That's where you give them the money, they go and get it from a dealer, then bring it back to you. From my experiences, they like to either take a bit of money for their efforts, or pinch (steal) some from your bag.

Like I said, find a real dealer. This one is a middleman and there is a good chance they are taking some for their effort. Be cautious, find a new supplier.

Well, there are a lot of opinions here. Most good dealers won't allow people off the street to meet.
case in point. I don't deal, or even grow anymore...but; If I was a dealer. you wouldn't meet me. You would give your money to the guy that knows me, or you wouldn't get any.

So, I am just saying. It is taking a chance. depending on how well you know each other...some people will bring back your stuff...then one day, the fuck you. So you better be good friends, and knowing where your dealer (the guy you are asking about) lives is the key.
