I never get panic attacks when high. To the contrary, I am much more relaxed and easier to get along with. I know my rights, and as long as they are not violated(not a promise in this country), then I have nothing to worry about.

I get attacks on sativa's and sober. Indicas can stop them and relieve anxiety.
Focusing on your breathing would seem like the best remedy. Is your panic induced by your thoughts? I'm not precise on the matter.
Used to get them all the time. Then I stopped popping caffeine pills at daytime.
The only stimulant I ever use is cocoa, which contains no caffeine, only theobromine. Much easier on the system.
i used to get them, thinking my teeth were going to fall out, then i realized that it was just the feeling of blood moving through my face, if you try and pay attention to it when youre sober you can feel it. so now i think of getting stoned as making me a superhero or some shit.
well, kinda, the last time my heart was racing (obviously from the weed) but even though I knew I was stoned and it was the weed I kept thinking I was gonna have a heart atackQuote:

I've done a lot of research on panic attacks as well as been on medications for it (xanex and anti-anxiety meds)..and I no longer have them at all..it's all breathing...the one thing they've found in common with all people that experience panic attacks is their improper breathing.....your inhale should push out your stomach area and your exhale should then retract your diaphragm up and inward....lots of people breathe with their chest or do reverse breathing which sucks the stomach inward on inhale and outward on exhale...
other than that it seems like people who get panic attacks are people who worry about having a few of the same problems they always think they're going to have..so my best advice is do the research on whatever problem that is so you can prove to yourself you don't have it..
Work on breathing #1..I haven't even had the inclination to have a panic attack since I fixed my breathing..
I had the same thought once. I even had images of my funeral going through my mind!Quote:
