Currently, all aluminum manufactured for the public domain is anonized. They did this to remove the alzheimers effect. Unless you're using thirty year old pure aluminum foil, you're pretty safe. Think about it: it's known that aluminum consumption can augment or cause alzheimers, do you think they'd be selling drinks in it? No, of course not. They stopped using pure aluminum when a shitload of WWII vets got alzheimers from only being able to drink from a can because the water wasn't safe. I forget the chemical composition, but it's basically an alloy now.
go to your parents tools and just get a socket and clean it really good (after that if you have it use sand paper) then clean it again and burn it....there you go you have a bowl....then take a pen tip (not the ink thing....like the metal ends that come on some that are steel) and stick it in the hole.

Not all aluminum is anodized. That's an expensive process and Al foil is NOT treated like that!!!
Tea-light candle tins as far as I am aware are also aluminum and should be avoided.
