It can be done, but is not advisable.
Give 'em a steaming heap of nitrogen and they'll stay green.
They will also taste green.:p

Senescense is natures way.

yeah most of the fans look pretty jacked right now...but the buds are looking awesome :smokin:

i'll get some more pics before i chop the tray and then some trimmed and hanging....4 more days...2 more cycles of light then 48hrs of darkness to finish! :jointsmile::jointsmile:

How do you pull this off with your setup? Have you noticed anything noteworthy by giving it this last darkness? I'm always skitchy when things go against mother nature, just curious if you have reason or if it's just how you've always done it.

Looking mighty fine BTW, would love to blaze a fatty with ya:thumbsup:

i just let the room go dark for 2 cycles basically...this stops any photosynthesis and need for nitrogen in the plant in the final moments of its life and giving your end product a smoother flavor...the buds also swell a bit more in the darkness :jointsmile:

i never noticed any harm to the plants in the other tray by giving them the extra dark period.

That was my worry. I was wondering how 2 days of dark would affect plants around day 30 of flower.
