"Who do ya'll think would make the best NL5Haze Daddy? 1,2,or 3?"
Um, With a few paper bags and some twist ties, 2 girls and 3 boys'l getcha 6 different strains of seeds.
Label a small paper bag.
Slightly moisten the inside of the bag with a sprayer.
Pull it over the males naughty bits and shake it a little.
The pollen will stick to the bag.
Remove while still moist and the inside should have a yellow dusting of pollen.
Put the bag over a cola, tie it closed and wait for it to dry.
Then pinch the mouth of the bag with a moist paper towel to catch any "puffs" and "snap" the bottom and sides with your fingers to get the pollen floating.
Wait a few hours.
Spritz the outside of the bag with water, shake it to trap any remaining pollen and remove it carefully.
Label each cola with a li'l birth certificate listing the parents and wait for seed.
If you are carefull you'll still have plenty of unfertilized colas for your stash and a nice assortment of seeds to try.
Ya nevah know which ones are going to be exceptional until you try 'em all.
Aloha and bedda wedda ovah dere.
Weeze

Is your grow room looking like mine? Yuck, gotta get it organized!!!! Luckily for us, Guess What? The Moon Signs are right for getting a lot accomplished, so let's all get our grows organized while the Moon is right!
February Optimal Days to organize Closets, storage areas, attics, and basements are : 10th, 11th, and 12th! Also 22nd-26th are great this month!
This is a great time to donate all that unwanted stuff to charity & make more space. If you grow in the attic, then get busy tomorrow, and soon you will have twice the room!!
THE BEST ORGANIZATIONAL DATES ARE: February 10th & 11th!!!!! These 2 days are best for organizational overhauls in any area! Guess I'll be working in the grow area tomorrow & next day for sure.
 Have fun, Moon Gardeners, get those areas in shape & let me know if the Moon made it easier for you to get it all done!

Made some "ho-made"(pun intended) cloning gel today. Got this idea...what do ya'll think?
I took some sterile K-Y jelly (water soluble), and added some powdered rooting hormone. This made the perfect cloning gel, which I applied to the lower branches of my mother plant using a paint brush.
I will see how this works on root development on the stem WHILE the stem is still attached to the mother. I think this may make cloning easier, since mother will keep stems in great shape, while hopefully rooting becomes favorable on the stem surface.
Anyway K-Y jelly & rooting hormone makes a great cloning jel for pennies. I plan on mixing up tiny batches as needed...Only a girl could have come up with this idea...LOL

Right now it's totally attached to the Mom....I may air layer in a few days, I need some kind of rooting medium for that, all I have is some moss, I'm sure the pH of that would be so low, may keep it from rooting.?
Anyway, try out the Ho-Made rooting gel and let me know if you like the idea. So far so good, here....
