Calling out to DreadedHermie for a game of "stoner chess"
Dammit, Hermie.
You owe me a beer. After I read your reply I spit it all over my keyboard. My only question is how my computer read my mind.
Weeze, I asked to have my logs pulled, but no other posts. No need to put stuff out for someone to take "potshots' at. On other fronts ICMag is ok, but so big and impersonal. I wouldn't know where to begin there.
Appolonia sent me a PM on ICMag, that's about it. I have a total of 2 posts there.
The very,
M.P.

I never saw your reply post, either. I did toggle back in a few times to check for a response. maybe you posted during the "witching hour" and it went to the Bermuda Triangle?
I got an email fron MP but I think it's a fraud. It says: "Hermie, yo' mama so hairy, when she wears a tank top, it look like she got Buckwheat in a headlock."
Made an album, marked it "private." Says only my contacts can see it. Are "friends" same as "contacts?"
Not when yer building a light switch.:D
Saw the album when it went up.
I'm not da type to say I tol' ya so.
So ya won't be hearin' dat from me.:D
Wee.

I cannot see album, but never "friended" you, so it is confirmed working as advertized.
I hardly use the "fancy" things on the site like rep or friends, but it is clearly time to start.

Well, stuff you put in albums is under your control. You can make it go away without mods' intervention. Also, you can limit access. Seems the way to go for things you might consider "sensitive," now, or at a later date.
As for the miscreant who harrassed Killa, dat's just some mook who brought an argument from another board over here. Happens alla time. He just went off on MP 'cos he was handy, hopin' he was Killa's best friend, prolly.
If some dildo's gotta get a case of road rage goin', better he do at at his sister's laptop than behind the wheel of some neon-trimmed Scion with a non-functional spoiler and lotsa aftermarket parts decals.

Hey, MP--Don't take offense! I refused your friend request. :D
What showed up on your end? Did the pending request just go away, or did it generate a "Dear John" message explaining how Stuckup Hermie refused your request?
Just curious what it looks like on the solicitor's side when the friendship is refused.
I'll hit you up as soon as I hear back from ya.

Ha, nothing!

When I clicked your username, it gave me the option of adding you as a contact, and a checkbox to add you as a friend, also.
(I still didn't check it...:D)
But I added you as a contact. (Didn't know how to do dat.)
Wanna see if you can see my "private" album?
-
Calling out to DreadedHermie for a game of "stoner chess"
Visible now D.H.
Nice !

We're friends! So please return my lawnmower...
Worked kinda weird, though.
First, clicked on that "add MP to your contacts" thing, and it just said, "MP is already one of your contacts."
So I went to your profile to send the friend request, and it made us friends without your having to accept.
Dunno if that's because we're "contacts," or because you already had asked me. Seems odd, either way.

When the sun beats down and I lie on the bench
I can always hear them talk
Me, I'm just a lawnmower
You can tell me by the way I walk
Thanks D.H.!

Now's when I feel that tempo I squandered earlier in this game.

Q - R2
That should give you some time back.
That was a very good Knight move.
Bugger is a thorn in my crater.
Inebriants?
Ev'at'ing!
Including Vodka tonic.
and MKUltra, 2 Kirin Ichibans, G13, 2 hour, A pint of mead/cranberry wine, and I'm thinking about breaking out da hash.
Seem to have developed an allergy to my anti-inflamatory of choice. Aleve
Manifested as a serious rash on the legs. Dang!
I miss the comfort of my hot tub as well until my legs heal.
If I have to go to the 6 hour G13 this game will fall apart fast!:stoned::stoned::D
Like da way I line up an excuse ahead of da impact?
Enjoy.

Wait a second. I only had that up for a few seconds and saw you were offline and decided to think about it. Are you talking about the N - Q3 move? 'cos otherwise I didn't move yet...

Okay, so it's back to my move.
I'll need to ponder awhile.
I'd like to take trade for your knight but it's like leaving a trail of breadcrumbs to check.
Do you think a 5-gallon bucket would attract any attention out in somebody's yard? :D

You do well to guard my KN8.
That pawn is almost a queen and can force unsavory choices upon you.
I may never promote it, but the threat can not be ignored.
You also need to watch for direct attacks on your rook resulting in some ugly checks.
Um, while we're at it, your KRP is at risk in the near future.
I'm just saying...
Who's yard, and what's in da bucket?

I think the diagram is right,
Except that extra, errant knight.
So while you're off to quaff a brew,
I'll move "Queen to QB2!"
