I do this almost every night. You'd think I'd learn. I enjoyed your lovely story and smoke report. I use the microwave as well, though I'm little more impatient and less concerned with taste for a quick dry and run the microwave on regular settings for about 20 seconds.
Everything is looking good!!!!!! So good!!
If your wrote a book, I'd read it. :stoned:

The runt is definitely ready for the taking. She has about 15% amber trichomes. Iā??m going to let her suck water and flushing agent for one day then cut her down. Iā??ve basically got 3 degrees of health in this grow. Thereā??s Sickhead, Samsonette and all the rest. (See photo.) The healthiest one has the longest still to go, and Iā??m guessing one reason itā??s more healthy is because it has a gallon to itself, as opposed to 1/3 gal like the others. Iā??m guessing 5 more days for her and 3 for the others. Itā??s only been 42 days, but overall it seem like Iā??m about a day or 2 ahead of schedule. Could this be due to new bud enhancers, or the addition of 12 blueish CFLs?
Opie Crop Look's Nice!!. Look's like It's Going to be a Great Day!
Liked'ed your Story, Must be over your Headache and in a good mood, That's A Good Thing!. Later

Balkey, hatch, Rock, mom & dad, everyone, thanks guys. And yes I'm headache free today, and I was nearly headache free yesterday. I love it when that happens. Kinda makes me feel like a real person.

Iā??m a little excited because Iā??m officially switching nutrients, at least on a trial basis. You gotta like the Dutch Master Gold series. Iā??ll be using their nutrient calculator to follow their suggested program as closely as possible. Holy Moely, if their other stuff is 1/10 as interesting as Liquid Light itā??s going to be a fun ride. I went to the hydro store this evening and got all the stuff I needed, which is:
Gold Grow part A
Gold Grow part B
Gold Flower part A
Gold Flower part B
Max Veg
Max Flower
Silica
Zone
I bought all the smallest units they had which were liters. Grand total not counting the T-5 lights = $164.38. I had already purchased a gallon each of Liquid Light and Penetrator, which is a highly recommended part of their feeding schedule. I forget the price but it was insane. When I got home and compared my receipt to online vendors I found the hydro store to be about the same or better in price. I got 2 lights to go in the mother/propagation/secret garden area, which are 6500K 4 footers with reflectors and surprisingly solid hanging hardware, for $44.06 each.
Look at these if you would like more info on using the Gold series with Liquid Light:
The 603KB version (pdf)
The 5.0MB version (training paper) (pdf)
Now of course I couldnā??t just get out of there without parting with more money than that. The knowledgeable guy and the very knowledgeable guy and I just let the phone ring twice while we talked about the fact that Dutch Master is emphatic about wanting absolutely no supplements, root colonizers, or boosters of any kind to be used with the Dutch Master schedule. They claim it will screw things up tremendously, since their system is already formulated to be some really powerful stuff. The more experienced one said he could never part with his Advanced Nutrients bud boosting 3 part series, so he called Dutch Master to talk about it. They told him it might be OK, but it had never been tested as far as they knew, and to just try it on one plant, and to be sure and not go over the total recommended PPM. So he decided to try it on his whole grow, while staying within the correct PPM. He said he was amazed at the results and how well everything went. The other guy agreed, so of course now I have to switch from Fox Farms 3 part bud enhancement series to the Advanced Nutrients 3 parter, which is:
Bud Blood ā?? used the first week of budding according to the hydro guy, or the first 2 weeks according to the web site.
Big Bud ā?? for weeks 2-4
Overdrive ā?? for weeks 5-7 roughly, flush last week.
I bought the smallest sizes of each, for a total of $69.50. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who has experience using any of them.
There it is. I just hope you wonā??t get mad at me for not supplying enough links.

WOW are you gearing up or what!!! I'll be watching to see how that Gold does for you.....had my eye on it myself since I started using the LL.
Your "sea" looks terrific. What kind of weight do you usually end up with on that kind of scrog?

So U downloaded (legally of course) White Stripes MP3 collection sounded particularly nice and full on my big stereo speakers that I had attached to my PC.
they R one of my favorit bands. I even saw them live in concert.
and UR plants/buds look beautiful.
and I dry my buds in my food dehydrator and it only takes like an hour.

I'm not sure, I've never really done this type before. This was nearly all LST and nearly zero topping. I don't even remember what my last grow weighed in at, but for some reason 8 oz comes to mind. (I know, not real great.)

Wow, one hour? That's pretty cool. I've thought about building a dehydrator. They don't look real complicated.

1 other cool thing about drying ur buds in a dehydrator is that they don't over dry and they dry fully with out cooking the trich.

Don't they end up tasting a little more 'grassy' than normal?
