I had a fully built wrx too. 2.5L swap, Forged pistons, head work, gt35r turbo, endless brakes, cusco suspension and coilovers...and a whole lot more. Sold it for a bimmer. Best choice I ever made

98 528i. Almost bought the v8 540. would have been paying an ass load of money in gas. I got sick of reprogramming the ecu every time the weather changed in the suby. I only paid 11k for the bimmer and its flawless plus I love the older boxy styles.

living in the wintery north, don't you miss the AWD? I can't help but cringe at the idea of driving a RWD car with that much torque in ice and snow. It's a nice sled, I will admit, and if you can handle it more power to ya.
