I am seeing Corry Wed. regarding that and some other issues. Vincente told us last night that local laws will trump State but I want a second opinion. Of course you might be able to come up and meet with the "Artist Formally Known as Grateful Meds" as long as we both have licenses I can't see what laws we are breaking according to the constitution.
Is is very tempting to sell the place and move Furthur up the mountain and get back to what I really love which is growing dank bud & playing music.

We are crafting a local law to basically give the State the finger, I will have to go into the background because of my Marijuana Possession Conviction in 1989. Only retreating to fight another day. I am in no way done with this we will have complete legalization in this State by 2012.

This is just depressing. Are you considering taking legal action because of the felon situation or are you just not willing to pay the fees and go through the hoops? Guess it doesn't really matter. Either way it just sucks.

I am screwed because of the felony ( I call it my badge of honor I got from the drug war). But the medicine will get to the people for fair prices, at least in Nederland. We have the town and Police Dept. Behind us on this. I am hoping to get the town to join a suit against the State.

Just received a "badge of honor" myself. I'd like to find the people behind it and shove the badge up their candy asses!!:mad:

It's like what I told one of the jailers, if I would have molested a kid I would have received less time and a lighter sentence in this county than growing some herb for myself. Well, enough of my rant.......

2 badges myself over the years, but lucky enough to wind up with deferred sentences both times, then I got my record sealed. :D
