The soil I'm using is an indoor potting soil that has a combination of slow release nutrients. Scott's and Schultz make very reliable soil mediums. Using this soil i don't need to give very much nutrient in the early stages of vegging. I do however start to give them a Shultz "5-30-5 Bloom Builder" in the last week of 18/6 and into the first few weeks of flowering(12/12) until they show signs of nute max out. It's a very heavy phosphate mix, ideal for Flowering.
As for the weight issue on the secondary growth...it can be a bit of a problem when your branches begin to bow under their own weight...

Dry weight on the main cola taken as a sample from my smallest plant is 8.5grams.

:D the very first sample i cut 2 weeks ago has been smoked.. I think it was smoked...yesterday.. or monday.. i don't quite remember hahahahah....

well... sorry for the delay.
Had some problems with my cpu melting to the heat sync... :mad: resulted in having to get a new motherboard... decided to upgrade though.. and spent a total of about 850$ @ the computer store.... on the upside of course.. i have a kick ass computer i built myself now :P

I harvested on wednesday... 18 cola in total..most ranging from medium to large... with a few smaller ones

I see that you added incandescents to your original CFLs to get more red spectrum light for flowering. Is this because your original CFLs are cool white (~4100K)? Do you think that using warm white CFLs (~2700K) would be good for flowering or are incandescents better?
