it kind of depends on the quantity and what part of the country you're in.

i've only been popped twice, both times i was caught cold with no place to run and no time to do anything but smile. the second time the cop actually apologized to me, he was looking for a thief and stumbled across me instead.

Shit, I smoke in my car alot. I have a Tahoe and the windows are tinted, so we just roll around smoking a bowl or blunt and not even worry about pigs:smokin: "Fuck The Police" lol yea but ive yet to been caught yet. And very suprisingly my parents have no clue that me and my sister are both huge pot heads, and smoke in the house everyday.

how stupid could you be for that to even happen? just hide the shit before they can see it and dont let them search you. as long as youre not a bitch or reveal anything you can get away with denying it

I completely agree with you! Most people get themselves into trouble by acting up, when all you have to do is be real polite and contrite. They don't really want a problem, so make it easy for them to let you go :stoned:

the way i smoke a cop would know. i drive a bake route while baking the car and most of the time so if i got stopped...i think you can figure out the rest.
