Best Coffeeshop in Amsterdam

I'm going there on October 12th for my b-day. The first place i'm going is the PInk Floyd coffee shop, I can't bloody wait :)

i just checked info on pink floyd, not one bad review on this shop from about 50 reviews. :thumbsup:

i'm hoping to be in the dam end sept so i'll go there for sure. :stoned:

Ummagumma was probably my favorite one...."mothers finest" was really good!

I suppose it depends where you stay....as far as I have seen it's been pretty cosy. Not stayed in 'dam for that long really...but what I have seen has been nice.

The Old Church, is the first place I go when I go to the Dam. You can just sit up stairs and watch the world go by.
The first time my friends and I went to A'dam we got off our heads on shrooms, just laughing our heads off. And we all thought we could hear people clapping after the church bells went off. so everytime they went off from then on we all clap our hands. We still do... Total freaks, we really are.. lol

A'dam like any other major city is very expensive to live in. i live in the south of holland as it's a darnsite cheaper to live, and there's more opportunity for finding work. :thumbsup:

i love visiting A'dam but a few days twice a year is normally enough. :stoned:

I cant wait to get to the dam, Im moving to germany in November to study guitar for 2 years and Im going to go to amsterdam first to kick off my 2 years of playing guitar from 12-16 hours a day. I dont know any dealers in germany so Im gonna smoke my brains out real good before I go on the process of finding a reasonable connection over there.

where in germany are you going?

if your close to the border you could always go to the nearest dutch city. :stoned:

im goin on sept 14-18th ;) stayin at the MeetinPoint Youth Hostel ;)

We take it for granted in Europe. My mates and I went to A'dam for £70 each for 4 nights, accomodation included. That was in the winter, and the accomodation wasn't exactly 5 star, but all we needed was somewhere to sleep. We go about 3 or 4 times a year. It's the best place to chill with your mates

i rlly am someday going to go for like a month or 2 or 3 :D

im goin to see Jay-z next friday in amsterdam at the Heineken Music Hall :D

im goin 2morrow, so good by everyone i got work till 11pm tonight then leave for the airport early hours (3am).

Im stayin at the meeting point hostel, got a list of coffeeshops to do, gonna check out the jordaan festival and goin to see jay-z on fri night.

Ill definalty post pics and a review when i get back!
