Do you guys ever twitch when you're high?

Can someone explain to me in detail what it is to "twitch"? Because when I get extremely high, I can feel spasms everywhere and it feels fantastic, but I don't actually physically move at all. Is twitching just moving a limb or something really fast over and over?
