He seems so mature for a guy who writes 'dick and fart jokes', as he puts it. :cool:Quote:

Secrets of the Code -The unauthorized guide to the mysteries behind the Da Vinci Code. By Dan Burstein.
Very interesting read. More of an investigated look into the topics and not so much of a "bible thumping" type book. Gives you tons of info and the opinions of other researchers.
Am I the only person who HATES the Da Vinci Code? Dan Brown can't write worth shit (his style is generic supermarket), and his books make him the Thomas Kinkade of literature.
I reading Cardinal of the Kremlin by Tom Clancy. I've been reading Clancy's books for a while now. Yeah, they're a bunch of rightwing bullshit but they're pretty entertaining too.
someone told me i should read perks of being a wallflower, by i ferget.
anyone have any opinions on this book?
Thomas Kinkade isn't bad at all. Picasso was bad.Quote:

The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Trip should be required reading for anyone on this board. Pretty much a true story about the San Francisco acid scene in the late '60's and the "Acid Test" parties that gave rise to bands like Jeffereson Airplane and The Grateful Dead.
Currently I'm reading The Extravagant Universe written by one of my professors (quite interesting too), but a really good book to check out is The Big White Lie. It's an eye-opener. I think it's written by Michael Levine, but correct me if I'm wrong.
The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene isn't bad either. Currently reading Coldheart Canyon (Clive Barker) and Cell by S. King. REALLY, REALLY REALLY waiting for The Book of the Dead by Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child (May 30!), C'mon Eli Glinn--Bail A.X.L. Pendergast from jail!!!
just finished the Giver for the second time since high school.
thinking about reading Brave New World again.
Currently in the beginning of The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty for the seventh time.
