I saved it to my computer and then went to my profile to download the avatar, but when I tried to download it, the message I got from c.com was that it "wasn't a valid file." I'm not sophisticated enough about file types to know what to do to it, if anything, to make it "valid." Would it be easier to tell me what I'm doing wrong via email? My email is [email protected] if that's easier. Thanks, Sensi!

Put your mouse on the Avatar Sensi made,click it and select "Save Picture As", just note the folder it goes in,it should go into your my pictures folder...
