Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Send me a privare message, so I can send out some seeds with you.
One of my Ak-47 Lowryders started to bud already. I'll use this one for breeding. Plants had to stay in for a couple days due to windy weather. Heres an update of my chronic babies(random shots).
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
I found alot of males and females today. Thats a good thing because less plants mean less heat. Alot of males will die tommorrow. My AK-47/Lowryder started budding first. I'm suprised how fast these plants grow.
A few plants for some reason started showing sex outdoors rather then indoors(light is still 18/6. Indoor to outdoor and back indoor).
Why is this?
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
it my be the lowryder in them the are about a month old right? if they are lowryder dominant then they will flower fast idk the expected flower times for those mixes but this would be my theory.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
oh i see what you mean the ones you didnt put outdoors that are the same age didnt show sex, that is strange.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
It can be the lowryder dominant in theses strains making them bud. I'm guessing when they were growing indoor and moved outdoors to the more intense light they switched to budding. Lighting is still18/6. Well I guess I'm having a Early harvest.
Can you use Earth worms in our grow pots?
Heres an update. Lovin the outdoors
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
earthworms will die if you leave them in your pots. have tried w/22 gallon pot and they lasted about a week and died. better to just use the castings in pot soil mix and to make tea to water.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Heres an update of a AK-47/lowryder budding like crazy and 3 boxes with plants. I'll transplant in a week.

Is it still to early to feed my plants?
If I should feed I was thinking of using Miracle-Gro 15-30-15 for the first part of feeding, then switch to a more organic feed for flowering.
Info would help, Thanx

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006

-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
I need to come up with a soil recipe quick. I guess i'll try Earthworm castings mixed with pro-mix professional soil, and perlite this year.
Plants had to stay in due to snow & rain. Weather will be nice through out the month now.

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
get some bat guano, bone meal, blood meal, all those are good plus the castings. castings are really good but id try to add some guano or buy a couple bags of soil that have all thatshit already mixed in. you can get it at a decent nursery it will say something like castings, kelp, blood meal, bone meal, shit of some sort that typeof thing. use the mix you were planning on and just spread this stuff on top like an inch or to every couple weeks.

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Can you hook me up with Advanced Nutrients feed, I'll trade you for some seeds. I want a very clean smoke(No chemical Fertz).
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
sorry man i havent bought any yet. the best thing i can do is point you to ebay where the iguana juice goes for like 25 bucks. they have iguana juice for veg and some for bloom. i also heard they now offer it in extra strength for the same price so if you can afford make sure you get that. i know its kinda pricey

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
I found a cold frame, so my plants will be outdoor starting tomorrow. The light cycle will be alittle different. I hears AdvancedNutrients went out of bizz, is this true?

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
I have seeds for free to test out, Only if you post pics so I can see how they turned out. This strain is not a auto flower strain. We call it purple stuff.
I tested a masterLow male and a hermie outdoors without using a cold frame. The male seems to enjoy the cold nights a warm days outdoors. No signs of frost damage yet.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Heres a couple of pics of my AK-47/Lowryders and a close up. I also heard lots of positive things about Alaskian fish fertz. I think i'll switch to a more organic feed for my crop.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006

Very nice plants roach, what do you plan on breeding with the males??
Nice to see your thread has turned into a gongshow of freeloaders.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
I hear you Trivium, I'm planning on breeding a male Early wonder skunk with a female E.W.S for more seeds, and a Master low female. My Ak-47/Lowryders will be breed for more seeds as well. All hermies and males are dead and collected pollen from males will be stored away for future breeding.
Free seeds? I did not say I had free auto flower seeds. I have a non auto flower strain called Purple stuff. I'm giving away free seeds to interested growers. I wanted to see this strain has outdoor potential. Its mostly indica. I had no time growing this strain this year.Canada only.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Hey, Trivium, About your lemon Hash plant. How tall will she get and what strain did you want me to cross it with?
I have a Auto flower strain that will help your hash plant flower sooner. I have a short summer and fall so I need a strain that ripens early.
I'll post pics of my plants laters.
-
Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
Heres an up date. A Blueberry/MasterLow/MasterLow, AK47/Lowryder, and a Guerilla gold strain. The GG strain is coming along very nice. This strain should yield about 2-4oz.
I also Have this 100% unknown Auto flower strain I bought from a friend awhile back. This would be a great strain to cross with your Lemon Hash Plant.

Growing in thee great outdoors in canada(part2) 2006
