I had this friend who had reeeaaalll bad acne like pimples and white heads alllllll over his cheeks.SO another friend, jokingly, slapped the shit out of him.Needless to say he probably popped every single pimple on that side of the kids face.Well he looks at his hand and there was puss and little white head tops and blood on it.Kids face didn't look much better either....
How can you jokingly slap someone so hard and enough times that you pop all the spots on his face? I hope he got onto the wrong end of a .45 later that day ;)Quote:

anyways dopa, i used to have some bad acne too. i found that if i drank alot of water throughout the day, drank at least 2-3 BIG glasses at night (sometime before i went to sleep), and cut back on the mcdonaldes, soda, candy, chocolate all that shit, my acne was WAY better.
if i just had one candy bar or 1 soda i would get a few pimples, but if i didnt eat that shit and i drank alot of water, i would get no pimples

i knew a guy in high school that had extreme fucking acne and he was really happy and had a high self-esteem, had girlfriends and shit. all just because of his personality. it goes a long way.

:confused: Now I realise that this is gonna sound weird and shit but try this before you knock it.......at night before you go to bed after a hot shower, give your face a wipe with some vinager. The oil glands are more active at night and by doing the vinager thing it will dry the glands out while you sleep. I really hope that this is some help to you:thumbsup:

I read a bit about acne on wikipedia and it said that basically the only external influence is MSG (an artificial taste enhancer - sorry if I seem condescending). You could try eating less fast food and more fresh fruits.

Ive tried toothpaste on mine sometimes. Dries them out overnight, and leaves you smelling gorgeous aswell.

just dab a small blob of toothpaste ov the head os spot and over night because the toothpaste keeps it bacteria free on the surface and the menthol makes the swelling go down round the edges......toothpast has saved me a couple of dates ill tell ya that.

I'm old enough to be your granny, so listen up! The thing that you should concentrate on is your diet! Try roobos tea (aka red tea--Stash brand is about $3), doesn't taste bad and boosts your immune system (zits are an infection). Secondly, eat things with vitamin A (yams, pumpkin, carrots, yellow corn, liver). I'm smoking one right now, so I can't remember the name, but there is a tribe in the Phillipines that the kids have no acne--as long as they stay on the traditional diet. The traditional diet is based on yams and fish. You need to totally revamp your diet! Eat more veggies and fruit, and a lot fewer burgers and fries. Start taking a natural multi-vitamin and mineral suppliment. Think of this, if you saw an animal with skin like yours, would you think it was well? A vet, after ruling out illness, would check the diet. The average PET food has more time spent on its nutritional values than does the average human food! They insure that our food won't poison us, but they don't worry about the nutritional values because WE are supposed to be able to choose an adiquate diet. Most folks don't know the difference between an oil soluable vitamin from a water soluable one- how can they make informed choices? And you'd do better asking your verernarian about nutrition than your doctor. Medical doctors have only hours of training in nutrition, vets have to learn much more about how food affects wellbeing. The average modern diet sucks, nutritionally. Start reading labels- if it has "artificial", "as a preservative" or words you never ran into before- maybe you should think twice about putting it in your body. Learn about what you body needs to be healthy ( calories per day, how much carbs, fat and salt you need). My advice- start reading Prevention magazine (less than $15 a year or at your public library), dump the junk food and start eating better, and if you're a couch potato, get outside for a walk or play some basketball after school. Try eucalyptus (sp? whatever kuala bears eat :)), that works pretty well. Boil the kettle and fill a bowl with it, then hold your face over it letting the steam open all your pores up (do it after a shower too) then rub a cloth or something a little bit rough over your face, it'll pull out all the blackheads.. no blackheads, no spots :D
