my bad unclechunky, see your nomination for houses....great album, but better than the first four?
Hey herbollah, great list, Dylan's the daddy! I'd say Blonde on Blonde and Blood On The Tracks are my favorites but i couldn't pick one. A close third would be Guns n' Roses Appetite for Destruction, in my opinion the best debut album ever.
Peace :rasta:
DJ Shadow - In Tune and On Time....the guy brings a lot of his music together...mixing, remixing, and reediting...in a live set in perfect sound quality. Can't ask for much more.
Definitely my favorite 2 Dylan albums, also ....Quote:

Yeah .. for a concept album, its just incredible.. and all through it you can hear influences picked up and used in Hip Hop and R&B today... same with "Songs In the Key of Life" by Stevie Wonder .. if you liked "Whats Going On", you will love "Songs in the Key of Life"...Quote:

i love hail to the thief by radioheadso many trippy songs. But i listen to pretty much everything and i love all types of music...except....country. sorry
and when i say music. i dont think bands like falloutboy or greenday should be considered music. 2 verses with a chorus played repeatedly isnt good in my opinion.
Green Day use to be awesome in their 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours to Dookie phase. After that...........:chainsaw:Quote:

Quadrophenia is great album of the rock-opera genre, far better than Tommy, IMO.Quote:

Anyhow, a few I'd add to your list:
Otis Redding- Dock of the Bay
Allman Brothers- At the Fillmore East
Beatles-Revolver, Abbey Road
Bob Dylan-Blonde on Blonde
Steely Dan-Aja
Sorry, dbl post
Oh you know it's got to be Pink Floyd (The Wall) or anything else by them
And Fake Sound of Progress 2001 by Lost Prophets is one of the most amazing album I've ever heard, it's really 'shockingly good'
Pick Of Destiny - Tenacious D.
