haha my friend bought his computer from newegg with a money order
was a little under 900$
im just saying newegg has some good deals and they are really good with shipping - i usually get my products like a day before its suppossed to get here
if your gonna buy one in a store dont let people suck you in to buying a computer if your not sure - let them know what you want and dont go to like target or something haha
so where do i go to pay with money order?Quote:

I could send you pics of other computers I have built if you are interested. You would still get a lot more for your money than buying a pre-built.Quote:

well its up to you but you go to a store that sells money orders (usually small little stores - just ask someone they will know)
and buy the exact amount you need (you can purchase up to 500$ so if its like 650$ -you would need a 500$ one and a 150$ one)
they charge you per money order but its usually under a dollar
then you mail the money order to the company or whereever - its pretty much like a check
when they get it they ship it
ok. i just bought a computer about a month ago. but recently i've found an even better deal. i like hp/compaq and just bought my grandfather this for 400 with tax
presario amd athalon 3200+ (it clocks at 1.8 ghz, plenty fast)
256 ram (upgradeable to 4 gigs)
ati raedeon video card
and all the rest of the usual bells and whistles (cd burner, software etc)
PLUS! it came with a monitor!
then for 79 bucks we went to fry's and picked up a 1 gig stick memory, 50 bucks dvdwriter, and for 100 a bad ass soundcard.
now he has a pretty bad ass computer with over 1.2 gig memory! it's fucking awesome!
i bought the computer at walmart.
yeah if your gonna buy a computer make sure it comes with monitor keyboard mouse and speakers if you want
if not youll have to buy that seperate which will build up - so just dont buy something and then go dam it didnt come with a monitor and keyboard/mouse and not have money to get that stuff
for 400$ taxes included?? wowQuote:

The rest is ok, but you're gonna have to make this AT LEAST 512 mb, ideally around 1024 mb.Quote:
