what happening trichome creator , people having a lot of questions for you. ok iam having an attic ladder installed tommorrow so i will be ablbe to make my grow box. iam going to use your diagram to make it. its going to be 3x3x5. what cfm would i have to get for exhaust, without the cool tube?

Thats 45 Cubic Square Feet. So you need a exhaust fan rated higher in CFM's than 45. Five feet going to be tall enough for you? You have to subtract at least one foot from that for light distance and another foot fo the size of the containers alone. I'd go 6 feet minimum

True, but if you have a 1000 watt light 6hours a day of being off could be a fair drop in electricity and not do that much difference (if your patient)

This is true. 18/6 will save money on power however 24/0 will produce faster results. It's up to your situation.

They are nice but I just always build my own because I can make it whatever size I want and it's a hell of alot cheaper. :) If you are not good at building though they are ideal.

will the 1000w hps be good in this 3x2x6, or get a 400w hps, and a 400w mh?

just ordered a kool tube, rotating fan, 95cfm fan. 400 bucks so far. and it is a whole lot cheaper than 2 grand.

got my white widow and big bud in today .

OMG that room looks great!!! You can use 1000 watts in there as long as you air cool the hood and have a glass insert for it. You'll need 265cfms to exhaust 1000 watts though so maybe you can get by with the 400 watt light.

hey man, you should fill that room with plants if you have a 1000watt light, also I would veg them for a while seeing as youve got a lot of light. Top them or bend them over when a little older and make youself 3 big bushes. Cant think of a solution for ventilation sorry, what floor are you on, if neer a roof you could send air out of the roof

Mobay I missed the post where you said you bought a cool tube. Yes you can use 1000 watt lights now. Needs 265cfms to cool it though with tubing attached to the cool tube.

good they got my e-mail just in time to switch from 95cfm, to 265 cfm. everything should be here in a couple of days. i just might make a 3ft box for my seedlings and veg. growth. lol how does it look so far

white widow and big bud just got here today :D i brought back some weed from jamacia last monthand was running real low so instead of me spending all that money going back. i started planting the seeds. i will post some pics later.

welcome to jamacia, this where we got the weed and seeds from, and this is what we got so far from the seeds.

got bored sitting around waiting for the rest of my set up, so i made me a seeding and veg box. tommorrow they put the door in and had to get it from downstairs. what do you think. after 6 weeks they go into the BIG BOX :D .

anyone , i planted my seeds in miracle gro potting mix/ with miracle gro continuous release plant food. it says that it feeds the plants up to 3 months. question is do i need to give then anything else? i have peters 20-20-20. but i havent given the plants any tho. about to set the plants in a grow box here shortly , 1ooow hps

Looking good. I'm a little cautious about the feeding them alot of nutrients while using miracle gro. You know I hate that crap. :) It has time released fertilizers in it. It's like adderall for your plants. :D
