Any members near Amsterdam, NY?

I was born in Amsterdam. Binghamton is about an hour. I know the prices up there, for everything, are outrageous and I'm glad I'm not paying $60, or whatever, for a carton of cigarettes.
But, where were you when I moved back there a few years ago? I was arrested for DWI on Locust Ave.
