1) Our cloning cabinet is now being used as a growing room too. The 2 big plants on the right are the males that were taken out of the flowering cabinet. We were going to throw them out but now i think we're gonna try and freeze some pollen sacks and then do something with them. We dont really want to kill them.
2) A couple clones off a mother plant that have grown roots
3) The 2 female plants under 13/11 HPS
4) Trying to get pictures of the white pistols
5) Another picture of the little white hairs.
Just some more pictures of the mothers.
Well done, everyone looks very healthy and happy. You should have some very nice smoke from those girls. :greenthumb:
Happy growing :hippy:
hey thanks tiki...im checkin out your growlog right now!Quote:

Haha turboJoe's crazy
Just a few Pictures of the Babies. Day 14 of flowering.
Picture 1: ScOG in action
Picture 2: Little Buds are starting
Picture 3: Another ScOG picture
Picture 4: Another Bud site
Picture 5: Moved some clones out of cloning chamber because they established roots.
Pic 1: I was worried about light getting in through my air intakes so i fashioned a air filter so that light cant get into the box.
Other then the first picture the rest are pretty self explanatory.
Be careful with that filter, it will act as a block for incoming air. Your air exchange will be less now. So just keep an eye on temps. :hippy:
Actually i have 2 identical 4'' air intakes with those homemade filters on them that go into the cabinet. it was just hard to get a picture with both of the intakes in it. so in other words two 4'' filtered intakes = one 4'' air intake with no filter. Yeah i was worried about the temp rising too but i checked it every couple of hours and the temp remains unchanged, about 80 degrees during the day and 72 at night.
The last picture is a picture of a rooted clone but its starting to grow the female white pistols already but it's in the Veg light cycle. Is this how its supposed to be?
I just got my package in the mail with my seeds in them! I just put DNA genetics Lemon Skunk, DNA Genetics LA Confidential, and Delicious Seeds Northern Lights Blue into seeding soil tonight. All of them are Feminized too.
Northlern Lights Blue has sprouted...
now just waiting on LA Confidential and Lemon Skunk to pop up...
dude why the fuck are the clones in the veg chamber flowering?
can anyone explain this...could they be autoflower or what....it was just bagseed
What light cycle are you running on the clones that are flowering? Try increasing the light hours if she continues to flower.
We had it at 18/6 but we already turned it up to just 24 on all the time
It's been awhile since we last posted pictures but here they are. They're lookin good. the one on the right is producing a ton of little buds and the one on the left is making real tight thick buds. Best of both words I guess. For being bag seeds its not looking too bad.
If you've been following us you'll know we have 2 different grow tents. The flowering tent it pretty much set with a 400 watt HPS. Not really looking to upgrade the HPS wattage just yet but my vegging tent only has 2 two foot long 20 watt floreccet bulbs. I'm thinking about getting a good T5 lamp to put in the vegging room so that they'll grow a little faster. Any Advice on the T5 lamp? Good Brands?
some updated pics

Not need to worry, clones do funky shit sometimes, the whole nature of taking a cutting is very stressful for the plant.
Youll notice that plants from seed have symmetrical growth until flowering, while clones from flowering plants are the opposite, and the nodes will alternate befor you switch them to flower.
anyone care for an update...no one has gave any incite for a month...just wondering if anyone is following our grow
anyways heres a quick list:
-new veg/clone tent.
-more Advanced Nutes mixed into a big 5 gal gatorade thermos with spout.
-bigger pots.
-Made drying chamber.
-chopped both original females a lil early to make room for some good genetic strains...they were dried and cured, some smoked, some went into brownies. there is still a bagseed clone in 12/12 that is just one gigantic cola)
-Purple Kush in flowering (about twice the size of the 2 bagseed females when with flipped it to 12/12)
-LA confidential, Northern Lights Blue have been vegging for approximately 40 days.
-Clone chamber has just been restocked with LA and NLB
if anyone would like pics...leave a comment or two about our setup, let us know anything you would like to see in the future and what not. I just need to know if anyone is interested.
I'm interested, and would like to see the pics of what you have going on now. Are you still trying a scrog method or something else?
hey this is mt first post...i need some info....i planted about five seeds about three months ago and don't know when to cut them down and bring them in to dry...they smell really potent! they are not really big though...i'm a real beginner so please help!!!Quote:

The best way to tell when your plants are ready to come down is when 2/3 of the white hairs turn red or when your resin glands turn from clear to cloudy. It all depends on what kind of plants you have growing. Some take longer then others. I would say the average is 55-60days in flowering.Quote:

picture 1: the new set up. Flowering on the left, veging on the right.
Picture 3: This is my homemade sound reduction chamber and it also allows us to run the warm air through the wall and into the rest of the house. keeps my place a little warmer in the winter.
Picture1: the 2 in the back are both supposedly purple kush and the right one has been in flowering about 2 weeks longer then the left one but the left one was in veging longer. the front two are L.A. Confidential and Northern Lights Blue and they are on the same life cycles and are about 30days from the purple kushes.
Picture 2: This is our youngest purple kush in flowering. As you can see the SCoG got away from me and instead of trying to fix it, we are just gonna let it go and see how it goes.
Picture 3: close of the purple kush. this particular plant has been flowering for 22 days
Picture 4: same purple kush as the last picture
Picture 5: Far right are all of the clones starting to grow, middle: a purple kush plant i'm just messing around with, seeing how much stress it can take before it shows signs of stress, how long it can go without water, etc... stuff like that. dont plan on ever flowering this one so it doesn't bother me at all. Left: Mature purple kush being SCoGed
just a couple close up pictures of the purple kush. i was told this is purple kush but not certain if it really is. If anyone has ever seen legit purple kush let me know what it looks like.
I thought people wanted to see our progress....I enjoy helping people and other people giving us help. This is only our first time so i'm sure there are tons of techniques and trick of the trade that we don't know.
- Any bit of advice anyone has please post it.
We are always trying to improve our system and would like to eventually start splicing strains and try and come up with our own strain. Again any advice anyone has in this area would be awesome. as of right now we're sticking to predominant Indica strains because of their shorter flowering period.
the only problem we are having is that our L.A. Confidential is being very sensitive. The leaves are getting burnt so i drew back the nutrient levels to about half for a week or so and very little changed. Also the clones we took from the L.A. are having a hard time taking root. I know its the plant and not the enviromental conditions because i took clones of the Northern Lights Blue at the same time and they rooted fine.
Please Please Please post some responses
Dude, I like this closet grow!!

And the L.A. just might be a strain that is funny to work with cloning, id find someone who cloned em before and ask them.
But i really enjoy NL so id luv to see it grow guys im watching all the way:thumbsup:
:rasta:
It's a pretty small plant because we didnt let it veg for too long. but it's a decent yield. very crystally!
Thanks Letseeya, yeah we have been working hard trying to keep things perfect. so far so good. I've never tried NL but this is a variation of NL called Northern Lights Blue from delicious seeds. We picked it because its a short and bushy strain and we have some high restriction so its good for us.
