Honestly...I should post some pictures of 2 weeks into flower on my last Blue Dream grow. It seems like they are in an almost identical phase of flower.Quote:

I was kidding. I do not condone nor participate in shipping Marijuana illegally accross state lines. That would be a federal crime...:wtf:! In fact, I strongly encourage everyone who grows under state medical marijuana guidelines to not go over 100 plants. Stay within your legal limits and rights.:thumbsup:Quote:

damn M.P., what's going on with this epic? i'm trying to keep up but i'm slacking. str8 keeps trying to get me to use bushmaster on some OG that stretches worse than octomom's vagina! i might have to give it a shot though.
i also concur that some strains don't take well to topping while others absolutely love it!
can't wait to keep laboring over the pages.

Epic Grow is going well my friend...I am loving the progression on this. I can't wait for the next grow log...Because I will be running two rooms like this one. And, my new Grow Lab will be up an running too. Time to get some new strains going.:jointsmile:Quote:

I am 14 days into flower on this current grow. This is by far...my best grow to date (That is of course, until I start my next grow:D).
I included some new pictures...I wanted you guys to see how tight the calyx's are...and the rapid bud development. I have never seen this strain start showing sex...let alone fully developed tops...until week 4. Which means...I am two weeks ahead of schedule.
And that means...two weeks sooner that I can medicate:stoned:
that Bushmaster is awesome shit...its nice when you can see how it throws them into flower much faster.... i won't do grow without it:thumbsup:
looks great...keep up the good work:smokin:
[quote=stra8outtaWeed]that Bushmaster is awesome shit...its nice when you can see how it throws them into flower much faster.... i won't do grow without it:thumbsup:[QUOTE]
Yes, bushmaster is the shit. I have never seen calyx development so tight and immense. I literally will have buds from the tops to the bottom of these 3-4 foot tall trees. It will be a nice harvest!:jointsmile:
Very nice grow man they look great. Is it ok to use bushmaster for gowing outdoors?
Whats up?
Your room looks awesome! All this talk about Bushmaster!! Im going to have to try it...
I cant believe how fast they grow in that set up! wow. is there an average of how much faster it works compared to soil?
Hmmmm...I honestly have only grown outdoors with soil. Takes waaaaaay to long compared to indoors. I have only used hydro methods when growing indoors.Quote:

Girls are coming along nice...I am posting pictures tonights. I am 2 weeks ahead of schedule now compared to my last grow...6 more weeks to harvest, 2 more weeks till I make more clones.
Dude...so far its saving me 2 weeks of flower time. For me, enuff' said...best nute purchase ever!:jointsmile:Quote:

Bushmaster is excellent for outdoors. Especially if you don't have 30 Ft. tall fences and no neighbors. It will keep your plants below the fence line and give your girls some girth.Quote:

str8outtaweed...I heard someone up your way near Weed, Ca. Some famous writer got busted for 60 plants by the local Sheriff Dept...even though they had medical linceses posted and present.
The cops stole 11 pounds and 60 plants for medical patients. Thats some bullshit!:wtf:
You show me a cop...I will show you a Felon!
Marty what are you running for a bloom booster??
Plants look great as always btw
the sheriffs think they can push the medical patients around..tell them what they can and can't have...it's a pretty redneck attitude they have:wtf:Quote:

can't wait to see the progress and your pics..thanks for the news...i'm wondering if it was Jack Trout...he's a famous writer and fishing guide..but I'll find out in a few days when i get back home! :D
Str8outta weed: Here's the article. Typical from cops up North. They are probably pissed because they weren't getting a cut...like the cartels give them. LMAO!
Tinytoon: I am using floranectar, Florablend, Floralicious bloom and koolbloom for bud boosting. Works very nice for my setup. I am considering using other things (but I really like to stick to one manufacturer for continuities sake). Except for my transition phase into flower...that is all bushmaster (with CALMAG).
The grow update:
I gotta post these pictures of my girls at exactly 2 weeks. When the buds looks like this on Blue Dream...I am usually at my 4th week. Shaving the two weeks off is for sure at this point. Or, I could let them go the full 10...just for kicks.:wtf:
Notice the calyx development on my last picture...Its literally white for the top 8 inches of the plant at 2 weeks of flower. Now imagine them at 6 weeks. I can.:stoned:
thats Jack Trout...his writing name...i know every name in that article except the Bushee dude from the newspaper...haha...i bet he's a grower!
Eric Bergstrom i a good attorney also...he is a cowboy of sorts
thanks for the article...it was a sad read though...he is a cool dude and lives on the outskirts in the boonies!
Its sad they don't have anything better to do and i know that he was helping other medical patients so why bother him when he had his place posted! :wtf:
your grow is looking awesome...i would wait and see where trich development is in week 7 and make your decision then about when to harvest and start the flushing run
I have no patience. I will let these run 8 weeks. Even though I usually will let blue dream go for 9 or 10 normally. Of course, all of my trichs will be milky with a few amber trichs. Just how I like it!:thumbsup:Quote:

i know you like conitinuity...but you might try getting a liter of bud candy by AN...it is blend of sugars on steroids as a friend referred to it and i like the sweet flavor it adds to the herb...it wont over power the main flavor but only make it sweeter and it is called a "flavor and aroma enhancer"
plus it has a 0-0-1 rating
technically my floranectar is already doing this...Quote:

in fact if i can find anything other than AN that i like i will use it as I hate their marketing approach and the amount of shit they try and sell folks...so i am not an AN fan at all :hippy:
I never thought I would need 15 different nutes...But, even GH is the same way...Que Sera!Quote:

Otherwise they are looking marvelous...and I got 5 more weeks to go.
Let us all bow our heads and have a moment of silence for Marty's loss :(
:(
LOL I tried to only do the face, but it said it was too short, so now there is this completely way too long of an explanation.

What a difference a few days can make. I did lose one of the girls...and it is forcing me to redesign my feeding system (and rethinking my feeding schedule):wtf:...With that being said. Things look fantastic.
Check out the pics for yourselves...Lemme know what you think.
Picture #1 is of the crown of buds I have on every plant that I didn't top. My question is...how the hell am I supposed to trim this?:D I guess it's a good problem to have!:wtf:
Rule #1 do not top plants when using bushmaster.:thumbsup:Check!
Rule #2 do not top Blue Dream. EVER!
Rule #3 Use bushmaster in every grow.
I have been using bushmaster for a while now. In my own personal experiments I notice the buds that were given bushmaster slightly lacked in flavor and potency. I believe this was do to the fact it took two weeks off the life of the plants that were not treated with bushmaster. Speeding the life of a flowering plant, fruit, or vegetable is not the best idea. Organic gardening for example produces beautiful tasting and very potent pot, great tasting and nutrient rich vegetables, and beautiful looking flowers. In return for quality it takes time...
Another example is the reason General Hydroponics does not recommend fulic acid during flowering. I asked them this question and in an e-mail I received they said it makes the plant grow faster so in veg its great yet in flowering speeds it up and in return you get a plant thats oils are not quite ready yet the plant is ripe.
I use bushmaster only when I belive my plants are going to grow into the light. My prefered method of keeping a plant from stretching is using blue light, smaller containers, very little night/day temp difference.
Test out the buds when you are finnished growing and let me know if you get the same results.
I am not bashing on this product it does exactly what it says it does. like I said I do use it in an emergency. I am only commentig on the fact that playing with nature to give you something, you usually have to give her something in return.
Looking good as always Marty
Hey guys...Thanks for the responses.
I gotta say that I will be sure to "sample" anything before I put it out there to my patients. I am a snob when it comes to my bud...and if I won't smoke it...I won't expect my patients to either. Which I why I grow my own to begin with...Most of the stuff out there is the snicklefritz. :D
I highly doubt that the quality will be effected by Bushmaster...but, we shall see. I still plan on letting this 10 weeks strain go for 10 weeks (if it needs to)...and I am positive this would correct any quality issues.
Thanks Tiny...I am still watching your logs...I love looking at the old stuff we have done in the past to see how far we have all come. You my friend, have made some leaps and bounds!
More updates to come...the girls look fantastic...and I can't want until harvest.
Ty Marty and I'm sure we all have come a long way from the first seed we killed :wtf:
Just let me know. I am interested since you fed half the plants with it and half not. If I read correctly? I will feed it to one plant my next grow and do another side by side.
on my next grow demoral...next grow. This one was treated with Bushmaster...One tray was topped...the rest were not topped.
I did not have a control tray on this grow. I do not plan on doing one...As I can see the difference from my last grow...huge differences.
