how bout some pics bro?? those look like so real fat leaves.. i wish i had genetics that pure..
i have found that throwing plants into flower right after they have a few nodes puts way too much stress on them and seems like a waste of electricity as they will never reach their true potential that way. if you were to give them even a month then they would be much larger and able to give you a WAY better yield.. just my :twocents: but it comes from experience..
and you can only push the gurls to flower so fast so why waste half that time in the dark?? you could give em 24hr light for a month and then make em twice the yield..

Sorry to hear you got drama in your life. Good luck with whatever you are going through. I smoke mostly on the weekends so I stretch q pretty far. I should be able to harvest again in about 3 months.

Hey Noatec. Very nice DWC grow you have there. Actually ursetup is what I would love to have at somepoint. Right now Im all cfl and LED. I wanted to answer some of your questions that I read earlier.
- Preflowers appear after 4-6 weeks on all cannabis plants. Right where you took that picture earlier you will see a small pistol with 2 this hairs coming out the tip or a round ball that has no hair 2-4 days after noticing. Google Picture Cannabis preflowers and youll see. 100% tellable just by your eye.
- Because your doing 4 plants in that size container I would suggest going into flower now. 4-6 weeks of veg is enough root growth as to not stress the plant with the change of light cycle but you can wait longer if you want. The more roots you have the bigger your buds can be. Of course there are alot of other variables, but you will see about 20-30% growth during the next 8-10 weeks of flowering.
- I think your light might be too close. Looks about a foot?. Either way I dont use hps/mh so i dont know exactly, but I think about 16-18inches from tops for mh/hps is good from what Iv read. You should research HPS light distance from cannabis.
- Also. For future sexing, since you already have your hand in the water hehe. pun intended. you should try out a DIY DWC Bubble CLoner. Same exact thing u got there just 20 bucks not....w.e you paid for yours and much smaller. You can veg for 3 weeks, maybe start a little lst for some shoots after 1 week or so and at 3 weeks snip a cutting and put her in the bubbler. 4-5 days u got roots. threw her into 12/12 and within a week or 2 youll see the flowers. This would take more precise timing as you could probably tell the sex without taking a cutting within that 4-6 weeks but if you plant on say doing 1 or 2 plants next time you would be able to veg the plant much longer by which taking a cutting for sex would be benificial as to not waste yoru time. Food for thought I guess.

a couple oz.s of nice dope..

I've raised the light as suggested. Thanks for the great input. I really want to clone these so I can keep the strain alive, whatever it is. It was really heady and spacey. I may have mentioned before, but it was the only shit that made me feel like I was moving backward while I'm walking forward. REALLY trippy and long lasting. Really like the new Avatar MG !!!!
I'm going into flower on Friday. Need to wait for payday to get supplies.

Where sativas are shorter, better indoor growable, with a happy funny munchy high. I like a mix, but youll find when the light is too far they will stretch somewhat. Did you look for any substancial information on exactly how far? Glad to hear your going into flower tomorrow as well. Just a suggestion. It does look a bit crowded uptop there with the 4. You might want to do a few tuckings or tie down some branches to help those main tops get to the sun. Im excited to see this.

your right, the size is wrong. Im so baked hahaha. Always lovin the wake n bake haha. yeah indicas are short sativas are big. indicas better indoor. sativas better outdoor. indicas mellow chill bake sativas hippy happy bake. I just looked to make sure b.c i was sure i new this haha.

Hey got a quick question tokers.
I was planning on using Flora Nova Bloom 4-8-7 since I used the Flora Nova Grow. Can I start them full strength or should I ease them into it? 25 50 then 100%

Brain chemistry is completely different when you first wake up. That's why the wake & bake is so nice. :D

Always start with 1/4 strength nutes all the time. Set up a schedule. I water when needed by the weight of the pot so I never over water. But do something like every other water use nutes. Start a 1/4 on day one, wait 2-4 days to water, water using water, then got half, stay at half for a week and see if you get any tips burning. If they are still looking good, keep going at 50% or go to 75%. You should flush once a month when using nutes and remember you need to do a nice flush 2 weeks prior to eta of crop and dont water the last week. This will make the plant pull all nutrients from itself and the leaves. It will yellow like crazy but ur budds will not taste chemically. Iv also read that you can leave the lights off the last 3-4 days will imporve dry time and swell.

BTW-you might wanna even start at 50% and try adding the bloom nutes right before you turn the lights over to 12/12. The NPK is low but youll have to give it a try to know.

um.. i agree.. you should start at 1/2 what the bottle says..
if they are organic then you may even end up OVER the
bottle recommendations but that is eventual.. and organics are forgiving! :)
nice idea enhanced i will try to run w/o lights on one of the gurls and see if that hels or hurts her.. i have heard of 24 hrs before flower to speed up the process..

Funny story:
Had to shutoff main power to the house today to relocate a 220 for the new dryer. My 12/12 cycle is on the 4s. The work took exactly 20 minutes. :thumbsup:
I think I'll leave things just the way they are.:D

I agree, if the skuff is from a female plant, I keep all my leaves no matter if they have trichs on them or not from females, but a male plant, dont waste your time, or do lol, Id never tho.

Day 22 of flower:
I've employed two techniques I've recently read about.
LST:
I happen to have some hemp string left over from a craft project my wife and I did. What better to use as a tie down. I made slip knots and tightened it a little each day. The side nodes react surprisingly fast.
I'm also half cutting large fan leaves that are blocking buds from direct light rather than removing them completely.
Things are looking good from my perspective. Lots of healthy flowers.

Have a little problem.
coming up on week 6 in flower.
Some of the top older leaves have developed what appears by reference to be Mg Def.
The water here is pretty hard.
The two girls don't seem to be consuming nutz like the used to.
Is this lock out?
If so what's the best way to fix it?
