I've heard that before...stuff like Hendrix and twopac were murdered by the cia and a whole lot of other mumbo jumbo...but honestly...who the hell would want to murder these guys, I'd understand maybe someone who knew them personally, had a grudge or whatever, but it's not some conspiracy...besides, people like Hendrix and twopac weren't even important figures worth murdering anyway...now men like Napoleon, Stalin, and Alexander, they were secretly poisoned, despite what most books say.

If you were a young rebel in the middle of punk rock, like me then you might say Sid Vicious-Sex Pistols too

If you could bring a dead rock star back to life

RICHARD WRIGHT - PINK FLOYD IS ONE OF THE BEST BANDS EVER. I dont say Sid because I doubt we would of had Saucerfull of Secrets, Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, or The Wall (plus many others but those are the best) if Sid had stayed sane.

You must be referring to Berry Oakley, the original Allman Bros bassist. Like Duane Allman, Oakley was killed in a motorcycle accident which happened 13 months after Duane. He died less than three blocks from the site of Duanes fatal accident in Macon, Ga.
My favorite of Oakleys work is the rumbling bass intro on the 1969 studio track Whipping Post.
