Anbesol's Second T5 Grow. NYC Diesel and Hypnoberry

Ok, So I decided to ditch the 65 watt CFL's for my clones and decided to buy a one bulb t5 light for 25 bucks for the clones. They are doing a hell of alot better, and using t5's makes me smile as well. im hoping though in the next year that i can switch over to a 400 watt digital ballast. i just dont have the room right now.

Heres Some New Pics. I opened my grow tent and one of my T5 Lamps were off covering the front 2 plants. Hopefully the light reflection from the other ballast got to them too a bit.

Im seeing alot of bud formation on all of the plants

hey anbesol, that was very fortunate to get all girls with that strain, did you get them from soma? I'm also pretty sure those clones shouldn't be in nutes yet and the soil looked very moist but if they're looking better under the T5 then i guess they should be fine. Plants all look nice and i haven't seen the nycd in full bloom yet so i'll be sure to be checking in time to time...good luck bro

With a T5 they grow so nice no burn nice tight Nodes:thumbsup:.... Really nice healthy looking plants and good reflection...

Hey, I Might Have Missed It But What happen With The Clone's?????,,,,When You Showed Them At Three Day's, That Is Normal, Just Keep Misting Them & They Should Show Root's In 6 To 7 Day's, Then The Rest Will Be History....In My Bubbler's, My Clone's Get Nut's From Day 1, I Have Seen On A Regular Bases Root's In 3 Day's!!!!......I Average Taking Around 600 Clone's A Year, With at Least 98 to 99% Rate, It Very Seldom I Loss A Clone, But It Does Happen!!.......Good Luck on Your Cloning Success, & Your Grow's!!!

Thanks Hatch, Yeah my clones are doing fine. it was just the first time ive done soil clones.

Grow Tent is starting to smell like a mixture of skunk and grapefruit along with a fresh cut grass scent every now and then.

just found the thread...damn nice plants ya got there with the T5s..you got 4 T5 bulbs correct? are they 5700k? running ballasts? sorry for the questions, i read through the thread and didnt see what kinda T5s you were using...very nice looking plants man:jointsmile: I am very curious to see NYCD all the way through...although its not related to the true diesel, I have been told its quite dank:thumbsup:

Thanks Stealth. They are made by HTGSupply.com. im using 3000k bulbs they are the bloom bulbs. Im excited to see them turn out too, but im just not happy that NYCD is not a heavy yielder. about 25 grams a plant so said the seed pack. But ya never know.

ah so we are using the same T5's then..

I yielded about 50g from two small plants under one of those T5 fixtures. You could do really well with what you have.

Beware though the buds are a bit light and fluffy.

Plants are looking great btw - getting huge!

Well You Are Going To Have To Add, Like At Least a 250w. HPS, & Use Your T-5's For Supplementary, Then They Will Get Denser.

anbesol, those pistils are smokin'! I'm happy to see your fine strains doing fine! It looks like they're doing great under those t-5's. I've really been lookin' into an indoor setup, so I can continue to grow during the winter months. Do you mind if I ask what kind of tent you're using, and how well you are satisfied with it? Your tent looks like the kind sold at High Tech Garden Supply. They seem to have some pretty sweet setups for lazy asses like myself.

actually i didnt get the grow tent from HTG, The tent brand is Homebox and its the HomeBox XS. its great for keeping small plants, but with my carbon filter i have about 3 feet of solid space to grow. id like to get a 6 foot box so i cant get an HPS light. buy-the-homebox.com - universal indoor grow box kit

So they must be about 4 weeks into flower? Looking good.

Friday will be the start of the 4th week of flowering. So who wants to match on this when its done? :D ha

really dumb question. The NYCD claims to be 1o weeks of flowering. Now do i continue with the nutes all 10 weeks or when it hits the 8th week should i start flushing for the remaining 2 weeks? can anyone give me some good detail on that? and what week do you think I should start the aggresive blooming (gen Hydro products)? aswell with what week should i also start to do the ripening phase? im very confused, i dont want to screw this up.

I did the first week in transition phase
Then for the second and this week(3rd) i have done a regular bloom phase. so when should i do the aggressive bloom and then ripen and then flush? HELP!

id be going into aggressive this weekend...IMHO, i always flush last two weeks, 3 weeks for bigger than 3 gal....ripen for 2-3 weeks before that...split the chart by your flowering time....4 stages after transition 10 weeks....2.5 weeks per phase...least thats how Id look at it...

Yes Thanks SnSstealth, that makes alot of sense. as soon as friday hits (my next watering) i will switch it over to aggresive for 2 more weeks. then ripen for 2 more. then flush for 2. Thanks so much

what! no it could be done. a 9" cool tube with a 600W hps and 300W of flouros on the sides then fuck ya dude thats a tasty set....or add a shit ton more cfls on the side. i mean if u spent good money on these seeds then feed them what they want...

maybe i could add some more CFL's but deffinitly not the cool tube in my grow box. it wont fit. trust me.
